The Golden Wings bits stand out with their unique wings, which provide extra protection to the corners of the horse's mouth while ensuring gentle influence.
The 2in1 bits offer versatile applications, as their effect changes depending on how they are buckled—ideal for different training situations.
The Easy Control bits have proven especially effective as training bits in show jumping. They become rigid under strong pressure but function like a regular bit during unilateral rein aids.

Golden Wings
The Golden Wings bits by Stübben SteelTEC offer exceptional protection for the corners of the horse's mouth with their distinctive side plates, preventing the sensitive skin from being pinched by the loose rings. The loose rings ensure that the anatomical mouthpiece is always brought to a neutral position, resting gently in the horse's mouth. At the same time, the bit plates provide lateral guidance and stabilize the bit's position, allowing for light lateral influence, which can be particularly beneficial for young horses during bending and turns.
In addition to the Golden Wings bits made from SWEET Copper, which has a sweet taste and encourages chewing, some models are also available as Silver Wings made from stainless steel.
The Golden Wings bits are available with various mouthpieces and cheek pieces.
2in1
The 2in1 bits by Stübben SteelTEC offer two levels of effect in a single bit. This is achieved through two differently processed sides—one rounded and one more angular for more targeted pressure. The 2in1 bits provide a flexible solution for varying training requirements.
A simple marker helps to keep track: If you see a "+" on the left side of the bit when mounted, the more effective side is engaged. If this marker is absent, the softer side is engaged.
The 2in1 bits are also available in different versions with various mouthpieces and cheek pieces.
Easy Control
The Stübben SteelTEC Easy Control bits become rigid like a mullen mouth when the horse applies strong pressure on both sides. However, with a normal connection to the reins, or when the rider or horse softens, the bit becomes flexible again and functions like a regular bit.
This allows for precise yet gentle communication when needed.
Due to the effect of the Easy Control bits, horses often learn to self-regulate and yield as soon as the mullen mouth effect engages. Therefore, these bits should be used temporarily for training purposes, with regular checks to ensure the desired learning effect has been achieved.
